-review Anderson’s pointers on writing in memo format starting on pg 470. Some notes on guidelines..

Guideline one: state your main point up front.

 -The viewer wants to get to the point quickly. We can do this by simplifying and being concise.

Guideline two: keep it short.

Guideline three: use headings and lists

-give background information and be concise. This will allow your reader to get the most amount of information in the quickest way

-On pg 480 is a reference for how to write memos. We have done this before in previous assignments so it shouldn't be too difficult to format our google docs document into the proper format.
