    i. Three key things Employers look for:
        - Technical expertise
        - Supporting abilities
        -Favorable personal qualities

           - I currently do not have too much experience for my position , but I do possess certain abilities which will be suitable for the job                         environment. One of them is being able to work diligently and efficiently when assigned to a task, but also having the ability to work well with           others in a way that will get that certain task done well and on time.

ii. Three ways Employers read resumes:
        - Initial Screening
-Detailed examination of the most promising applications
        -Preparation for in-depth interviewing
    - I need to put qualities on my resume which will stand out when going through the initial screening. These qualities also need to be very      specific for the job I am applying for.  This includes the skills I have.  Certain skills may not really be appropriate for one job but may be for      another.
-As I said, I don’t have a lot of experience in my desired field, so a one page resume is a sufficient amount.

The person who will most likely be reading or scanning my resume is a manager or owner at this physical therapy clinic.  According to the   job-posting, they are looking for someone who has a little bit of experience already in the rehabilitation environment, and someone who is able to communicate well with the patients being treated.  They are also probably looking for someone who is able to efficiently work with many tasks at one time.
