1. What does Anderson say are the three keys things Employers look for?
The three key things that employers look for when reading a resume are for technical expertise, Supporting abilities, and Favorable personal qualities. When reading a resume are for technical expertise, meaning that employers want to hire a work with experience and having less training. The second thing an employer will look for in a person do they have any other abilities. Are able to communicate with others and how they handle different work situations. The last thing that employers look for does the employee have any personal qualities, is a person motivated to work and how will they work with their fellow employees.
How will your C.V provide these?
I will be provide these by including all the key factors they the employer is requesting.
What are the three ways employers read resumes? How can your resume accommodate these? Is one page resume enough?
The first way is by initial screening, so the resume goes through a computer. Then if it passes the screening and your resume is persuasive enough to the readers the next step would be to get an interview. My resume will accommodate these by listing a list of qualities that the employer requires. Yes a one page resume would be good enough because it should be as short as possible while still presenting the facts the employer will find most persuasive.
2.How will you learn who you readers are and what they want?
What employers want in an employee is to find out if they possess the qualifications that they are looking for. Since I am majoring in computer science employers are looking for people that are good at programming and many languages, well it also depends on the job.
