My group and I came up with plenty of ideas but the most three that interest me is our smart course registration app, campus security, and improving proficiency reading for students. The reason I choose smart course registration is, because I believe that with this app we will be able to make school much easier and we don’t not have to go through all the headache on finding out what classes we do and don not need. Our campus security needs to get updated because as we can see security is not always there when you need them to be.  With this app we will be able to locate the safest places to walk on campus and were not to go. The reason I want to help the children learn how to read is because they are the future of this country and we need educated people to help make a difference in the world.

     These articles offer us ways on how we could work together as a team and why teamwork is good at some points. As well that we need a team leader that will keep us all on track on what we have to do.  Well in order to help manage my team I would need to know who they are and what they are good at so that each person can be given a specific task to do. One of the most important strategies on managing a good team is having good communication between each other which will then make us a successful team. Another good strategy would be to always give feedback to your team members on ways that they could improve on something.
