My top three choices for Project 3 are: Expanding the Academic Success Center, the solar panels idea and Blight in Detroit. These are my choices because I believe all three could be accomplished (listed in order from shortest term, to longest term project) eventually. The Expansion of the Academic Success Center seems to be the most reasonable, and most likely to be done because it would help students in so many ways. The cost would be attached to tuition and therefore every student would have access for as long as they're enrolled. The proposal would mainly involve hiring or adding a project to the current administrator, to create and maintain a web service that allowed TA's, professors, or other students that passed the searched course with an A- or better to help mentor others in chat rooms, video chat, etc. The service would be available 24/7, where students could post questions at anytime. The Solar Panels, although costly, would benefit not only the University, but students and faculty. The panels although costly in the beginning would in the longterm be highly efficient, and could potentially lower tuition and other costs due to the amount the University would save as a whole. Finally the Blight in Detroit seems achievable but over a much longer time-frame and would require a lot more time and work to accomplish, although when finished would benefit the City exponentially.

Each article offers relevance about critically-aware team writing in different ways. The reading uses specific examples, breaks the examples down and suggests ways that the project could have been completed. The critical and effective team-writing skills that were discussed in the reading "Team Writing" were Face-to-Face Divided and layered. They were relevant because they are basic ways that a team could set itself up to write.
